An innovative interpretation of product storytelling and a revolutionary approach to engage users: the Vivai Capitanio project was created to facilitate and improve the presentation of the company's services in different international business contexts.

Wearing the viewer, the user is taken inside Vivai Capitanio's greenhouses in sunny Puglia to learn about the innovation, agronomic expertise and nature-friendly approach that characterize the company. During the visit, the user is invited to take part in the company's activities, in particular the resolution of a problem: the management of some new orders. He or she will then have to "get his or her hands dirty," moving through the wide product offering to select the plants best suited to meet the specific needs of each order received. For each type of request, he will have to identify the most suitable products in the catalog, thus finding himself handling, for example, an order for an Arid garden, for which he will have to choose plants that are sun-resistant, able to adapt with little water, and also ideal for rock gardens, such as Centaurea ragusina, Bulbine frutesens, Vitex Agnus Castus, Phylica ericoides, Helichrysum cymosus. Alternatively, it may find itself responding to the need for a seaside garden, thus trying to bring to life an environment with a Mediterranean flavor, thanks to plants that are resistant to salt, drought, and temperature fluctuations.

A challenge in which the user will have to juggle in order to satisfy the end customer and thus guarantee the delivery of solid, resilient and durable products that for at least 9 months will not need special care, just like all Vivai Capitanio products.

The experiential journey: the management of an everyday problem

In order to create an effective experience with maximum emotional involvement, in addition to an impactful artistic component, it was necessary to build a narrative that placed the target user (industry experts such as landscape architects, gardeners, other nurseries) in a familiar context, specifically the management of a problem that they encounter daily in their work: the difficulty of finding companies capable of interpreting their needs and providing products that are suitable for their needs, that are varied and durable. As an answer to this problem within the experience, the user is taken on a discovery of the company's know-how, its extensive product catalog, their characteristics, and its commitment to satisfying a wide variety of demands, identifying the most suitable products for each need.

Vivai Capitanio's VR experience has been developed for stand-alone VR viewers, which do not require a PC to operate and offer maximum interactivity anywhere.
