We all have a clear image of a tomato or a lemon, but each of us has unique memories related to our own life experiences.

The VR experience "In Praise of Tomatoes" gives us a journey of suggestions and reminders related to the ingredients, without putting them at the center of the narrative.  In this way, the person is invited through visual and sound stimuli to bring his or her memories back to light and to thus better prepare for the tasting of the dish prepared by Chef Giuseppe D'Aquino.
